Congratulations to Isagenix Millionaire No. 178, Joe M.!
After being in the industry for 26 years and building large teams with three companies, Joe is no stranger to network marketing. He was successful with all three, but it wasn’t until he found Isagenix that he felt he was with a company that he could trust.
“I never hopped around, I’m always very loyal to the one company that I’m with,” Joe says. “If they treat me right, I’m solidly there.”
Now that he’s found Isagenix, he plans to stay for good.
“I was looking for a company that was going to be long term,” Joe says.
He was passionate about finding a company that matched the values he shares with his family. Joe and his wife Kim have four children, ranging from seven to 17.
“All I’ve ever wanted is to find a company that’s going to be true to the people.”
What Joe Saw With Isagenix
“A lot of people in the industry know all the companies, but they don’t truly know them,” Joe explains. “So I knew of Isagenix, but I believe I got very lucky being personally introduced to Jim and Kathy.”
As someone who has built a total of four network marketing businesses, Joe will tell you that starting over is extremely difficult. Just before Isagenix, he had already built a great team, but when that company started having challenges and stopped asking their leaders for direction, Joe knew the end was in sight. It was discouraging, but after sitting down with Kathy and Jim for the first time, he knew he found someone who truly knew where he was coming from and felt he had a great opportunity to start over with Isagenix.
“Jim said, ‘You’re already there. It’s just a matter of time; you’re putting in the work, the time, and the effort, and you’ll get there,’” Joe remembers. “And I believe exactly what he said.”
Joe sees enormous potential for Isagenix and believes this opportunity is unique in that “most people have yet to hear about us. If they have, it’s always positive!” Joe explains. “We’re huge in the industry, but relatively unknown to the laymen. So the opportunity is huge.”
He knows that there are still so many people out there that he can help with Isagenix, and that by helping them, he’ll be growing his business.
Joe’s Guide to Helping Others
“I can’t set goals for other people, but if they really want to do something, I start by asking questions,” he says.
When you ask questions, you can discover what that person really wants to accomplish. Joe explains that as they are answering your questions, they are giving you permission to guide them. At that point, it’s your time to help them reach their goals.
“Instead of telling someone, ‘This is what you need to do,’ you have to find out what that person wants,” says Joe.
What you can tell everyone is that you can’t just do this business sometimes. “You can either do this full time, or you can do it part-time,” he says. “But you can’t do it sometimes.”
Set your goals proportionate to the time and effort that you put in.
