Bon Voyage

Sandra Davidson standing in front of the ocean

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to work 60-plus hours a week while raising two kids and keeping up with your health and fitness, just ask Sandra Davidson. Then, add on her 1 ½- to 3-hour commute to work (each way) in South Florida traffic. To say life was exhausting is an understatement, but she was making a good income doing her “dream job,” so it was worth it…right?

At the time, Sandra thought so. Then she noticed her friend, Gina Redzanic, post on social media about a nutritional cleanse she was doing. Having always been into health and fitness, Sandra contacted her immediately to order a system. She had zero intention of using Isagenix for more than a few weeks, but after losing 11 pounds* and bouncing out of bed each morning before her alarm, she was never stopping.

At first, Sandra shared the products with other busy moms despite having no interest in the Isagenix business opportunity. She didn’t realize the full potential of what she had in front of her until her daughter, Dylan, asked her why she was the only mom who never drove on field trips.

In that moment, Sandra knew her success meant nothing if she couldn’t be present in her children’s lives, and she decided it was time to do something about it. So, she took another look at Isagenix.

Breaking Free

Sandra attended a Celebration event, and when she got home, she created a vision board and wrote the words “BREAK FREE. May 1, 2016.” She and Gina named their team The Break Free Project, and Sandra committed to building her business to a point where she could hand in her notice on May 1, 2016, to pursue Isagenix full time (which she did!).

Today, she and her husband, Tod, are living the life they always dreamed of and are creating opportunities for Dylan and their son, Owen, that they previously never would have imagined. This August, they’ll be heading to London as a family to kick off a 10-month trip around Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.**

“We’ll be ‘world-schooling’ our kids and building our business all the while,” explained Sandra.

Beginning Their Journey

The Davidson family's travel route

As Sandra and her family get ready to begin their trip, she’s most excited about building her business around the world.

“This business allows us to work from anywhere as long as we have our laptops, so we’re going for it!” she said. “Now I get to bless people in other parts of the world with this nutrition and opportunity.”

Sandra and Tod designed their itinerary around Isagenix markets. They explained that this will allow them to build their team as they go, continue to support Sandra’s current team, and never go a day without their Isagenix nutrition.

A common misconception in the network marketing industry is that once you build a strong Sales Team, you get to slow down and let others do the hard work, but Sandra explains that couldn’t be further from the truth. One of her family’s biggest reasons for going forward with this trip is knowing it will be a way to take their business to the next level and help more people globally.

“We can’t expect our teams to work hard if we’re not ‘doing the do,’ so I know every leader in this company is working hard every single day,” she said. “On our trip, we’ll be living as locals everywhere we go, and I made sure every place we stay has an office for me to work in. The only difference will be my view!”

Living an Ideal Life

For Sandra, wealth means freedom — it’s never been about money. After all, she made a great income before, but she had no time to enjoy it. She was missing her kids growing up.

“We have one life to live, so we should do it on OUR terms, and for the last 2 ½ years with Isagenix, I’ve been living my ideal life,” she said. “True wealth is waking up with purpose and loving what you do.”

Sandra wants others to know that when she started this business, she doubted herself A LOT (and still does!).

“I think so many people see my success and assume that I always had it in me. So wrong!” she said. “I still doubt myself, but I continue anyway because the benefits far outweigh the risk of failure. I want people to know that they are not alone, but no one can give them their dream life except for themselves!”

Sandra learned quickly that this business takes time, consistency, and self-development. She’s not the same person she was four years ago because she knows her business will only grow to the extent that she builds herself. After doing just that, she is accomplishing things she never thought possible.

“I never knew I could have a global business, but Isagenix has given me the opportunity to have one while showing my kids the world,” said Sandra. “There is no greater freedom than that.”

*Weight loss should not be considered typical. A two-phase 2016 study published by researchers at Skidmore College showed an average weight loss of 24 pounds after 12 weeks. The study evaluated the use of Isagenix products in men and women for weight loss followed by weight maintenance. As part of the weight loss phase, the participants took part in a calorie-controlled regimen of Shake Days and one Cleanse Day per week. During the weight maintenance phase, the subjects who continued the calorie-controlled program using Isagenix products better maintained their weight loss in comparison to those who transitioned to a traditional diet after 52 weeks. For more information on the study, see IsagenixHealth.net.

**Earning levels or income statements (including claims such as the ability to quit a job or stay at home or portrayals of luxury lifestyles) for the Isagenix Independent Associates discussed here exceed the average results achieved by all Associates during the same time period, are not necessarily representative of the success or compensation that any particular Associate will receive, and should not be construed as typical or average. The ability to earn income under the Isagenix Compensation Plan depends on many factors including an individual Associate’s business, social, and sales skills; personal ambition and activity; availability of time and financial resources; and access to a large network of family, friends, and business contacts. Isagenix cannot and does not guarantee any particular level of earnings. Even Associates who dedicate a significant amount of time, effort, and personal funds may not achieve a meaningful level of success. For average earnings, refer to IsagenixEarnings.com.
