Congratulations to Isagenix Millionaire No. 205, Dawn Cermak!
After many years of stressful work, 100-hour weeks, all-nighters, and living out of vending machines, Dawn and her sister, Erin, sold their special events company to focus on themselves and their families. Realizing that they finally had the time to make their health a priority, the pair joined a gym, and Dawn started looking for a nutritional system that could help.
In her search, Dawn was introduced to Isagenix by a friend of another sister. Trusting that friend, she jumped right in and ordered two 30-Day Systems for herself and Erin. They both loved their results, so Dawn reached out each month to order more product. Finally, that friend showed Dawn how to go on her website and order the products herself, and that’s when Dawn really took a look at the business opportunity that Isagenix had to offer.
“Initially, I had zero interest in network marketing,” says Dawn, “but once I took a better look at everything and studied the compensation plan, I realized that not only could I build an additional source of income for myself, but I could help my family, too.”
An Opportunity She Had to Take
After seeing the potential she had to change lives with Isagenix, Dawn enrolled her entire family and called her other sister, Robin, to tell her that she needed to build a business, too.
“I said, ‘Do this with us,’ and when your big sister tells you to do something, you have to do it,” laughs Dawn.
She, Erin, and Robin began sharing Isagenix and building their businesses, but eventually, Erin decided that she wanted to get back into special events. Dawn agreed to help her where she could, but she loved what she was doing with Isagenix, and that continued to be her main focus until their special events company took off.
“I had to go back and help full time, so my Isagenix business had to take a back seat,” says Dawn. “We were really successful, and doing events is awesome, but I just wasn’t happy, and it didn’t feed my soul. I missed the joy of helping people.”
A Somewhat Different Journey
Eventually, Dawn left the events company again to focus on her Isagenix business full-time. She was able to use the extra income that she had been earning with Isagenix to move to Barcelona with her 8-year-old daughter for six months.*
“It was the best six months of my life, and the whole time I was out there, I was able to continue to support my team and work my business!” says Dawn.
When she returned home, Dawn was ready to go all in with her Isagenix business. She used the tools provided by Isagenix, duplicated what top leaders were doing, and stayed consistent in her business-building activities.
“I’m good at helping people break down the programs to figure out what they need to do,” says Dawn.
She’s been able to help her team succeed in the Leadership Pools and has guided her team through the Million Dollar Challenge, where she now has three team members in the Top 100.
Dawn has a lot of guidance to share with others who are building their Isagenix business, but her biggest piece of advice is to never ever give up.
“My journey has been somewhat different,” Dawn says. “Some people can start building immediately, but for many of us, life happens. Remember that even if you have to put your business on hold, the opportunity will still be there when you’re ready to come back. There’s no reason to ever give up!”
