My first thought when I got my hands on the new Plant-Based Whole Blend IsaLean Shakes: This calls for a smoothie bowl recipe. And what better toppings to complement the vitamin blend, which is sourced from produce, than fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, oats, and the best nature has to offer. 

Ingredients: 

  • 10 ice cubes 
  • 10 oz water 
  • 1 serving Whole Blend IsaLean Shake 
  • Fruits and toppings of your choice 

Instructions:  

  1. In your IsaBlender® Max cup, add 10 ice cubes, 10 oz water, and 1 serving of Whole Blend IsaLean Shake. Blend. You may need to shake the cup while blending to make sure all the ice is getting crushed.  
  2. Pour Whole Blend Shake into a bowl, and top with your favorite additions. If your goal is weight loss, be careful to not go overboard with toppings

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp bites  

In need of a tasty treat to satisfy any craving? This is it! Whole Blend Bars dipped in Dark Chocolate (or any flavor) IsaDelight SuperChocolate — need I say more? My husband and I are obsessed with these little chocolatey peanut butter bites. 

Each little chocolatecovered bite provides approximately 40 calories.  

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Whole Blend IsaLean Bar 
  • 4 IsaDelight Super-Chocolates 

Instructions: 

  1. Add 4 IsaDelight Super-Chocolates into a microwavesafe bowl. Microwave for 30second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted.
  2. Chop up the Whole Blend Bar into 10 bite-sized pieces. 
  3. Dip each Whole Blend Bar piece into the melted IsaDelight Super-Chocolate until covered. Set on parchment paperlined plate, and chill for 30 minutes. 
  4. Add to airtight container, and store in the fridge for a delicious treat at any time of the day!

Peanut Butter Crisp trail mix

I love using the opportunity of snacktime to add in foods I don’t often get enough of from my meals, like nuts, seeds, and fruits. So trail mix is a perfect fit.  

To make things easy, I picked up a trail mix blend from the grocery store (you can also create your own mix) and added in some extra goodies like goji berries, yogurt-covered blueberries, and pistachios. Then I added in a few IsaDelight Super-Chocolates and a chopped-up Whole Blend Bar before storing it in an airtight container for easy access all week.  

After some tedious measuring and approximating, I determined 1/3 cup of this mix provides a little less than 190 calories. A perfect little addition to your Shake Day. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup trail mix 
  • 1 Whole Blend IsaLean Bar 
  • 3-4 IsaDelight Super-Chocolates 

Instructions: 

  1. Add trail mix to a bowl or airtight container. 
  2. Chop Whole Blend Bar and IsaDelight Super-Chocolates into nut-sized pieces. Add to bowl, and mix completely. Enjoy! 

 

Chocolatey Whole Blend goodness 

I can hardly call this a recipe, but this simple little addition is too good not to share! If you are craving something sweet, give this idea a try!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 IsaDelight Super-Chocolate 
  • 1 Whole Blend IsaLean Bar 

Instructions: 

  1. Add IsaDelight Super-Chocolate to a microwavesafe bowl. Heat in 30second intervals, stirring between until completely melted. 
  2. Drizzle and cover the Whole Blend Bar with melted IsaDelight Super-Chocolate, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
