Congratulations to Isagenix Millionaire No. 193, Angela M.!

Family resizeAngela’s parents immigrated to Brooklyn, New York, in 1974 for a better life and greater opportunity. Growing up, Angela was taught to get a job with a good pension and health insurance, but she never dreamed that she could one day find success by building her own business.

Prior to Isagenix, Angela worked with Child Protective Services as a social worker.

“I loved helping people, but the problem with that profession is that after I had my daughters, I couldn’t bear the thought of leaving them with strangers,” she says.

Angela made the decision to stay home and take care of her kids, but that left her and her husband living on one income.

Discovering a Grand Opportunity

Isagenix Event 0403 resizeAngela first discovered Isagenix on Facebook and became interested in the weight-loss program, not realizing the potential income opportunity. She tried and failed to lose weight with many other programs and was eager to try something new.

“I couldn’t believe my results; I felt a positive difference right away,” she remembers.

Happy with her results, she shared the Isagenix products with her mom and husband. “I got my husband back. He was positive and energetic. Instead of coming home and taking a nap, he would want to tussle and play with the kids.”

As her Isagenix journey continued, Angela began sharing her results on Facebook.

“I felt that it would keep me more accountable if I posted my results on social media,” she says. “I had no idea that people were going to be watching or that they would express interest.”

Providing for Her Family

HouseThough Angela was experiencing great weight-loss success, she was still new to network marketing.

“I watched videos of Lynn Hagedorn and other leaders, I opted into podcasts, I read Eric Worre’s book, and I kept losing weight,” she says. “So when my first commission check arrived, and they didn’t ask me for a resume or to see my diploma, that was all I needed to take advantage of this opportunity and become a contributing factor to my family.”

Looking back to when she first got started, Angela admits that she didn’t really know what she was doing. She kept learning and sharing Isagenix, and each day, she got better.

“I got my first commission check and thought ‘I can buy another system.’ Then I hit Crystal Manager and thought maybe I can help by paying a cable bill,” she says. “Now my husband and I work our Isagenix business full time and take care of our kids, and we’ve accomplished many goals along the way.”

Angela is thankful to Isagenix for giving her the opportunity to reach these goals, and now her goal is to help others do the same.

“I want more people on the stage; I want more people providing the life that their family deserves,” she says. “My goals change frequently, but the vision is always the same, and that’s to help others.”

Angela’s Advice for Achievement

  • Share your story with three people each day. Whether you do it on social media, at the gym, or at the grocery store, share your story. Be proud to share with everyone.
  • Trust that you’ll get better. Work fearlessly and confidently even if you have to fake it until you make it.
  • Talk to those who are more successful than you. Surround yourself with the best of the best. Learn from those who are better than you. They’re doing something right, so soak up what they have to say like a sponge.
