Peanut Butter Protein Cups 

  • ½ cup peanut butter 
  • 2 tsp coconut oil 
  • 2 crushed Milk Chocolate IsaDelight® chocolates 
  • 1 scoop Vanilla IsaPro® 
  • 2 tsp raw honey 

Recipe makes seven protein cups.

Directions

Mix ingredients well. Spoon to fill the bottom of cupcake liners. Refrigerate or freeze to your liking, and enjoy!

Recipe makes six to eight protein bars. 

Directions

Mix together peanut butter, honey, puffed rice cereal, and Chocolate IsaPro. Spread mixture out into a thin layer on a baking sheet. Melt 4 IsaDelight chocolates and smooth across the top of the peanut butter bar base. Refrigerate or freeze to your liking, and enjoy!

  • 2 scoops Vanilla IsaPro

Directions

Place oats and cinnamon in a large bowl, and stir to blend well. Add mashed banana, Vanilla IsaPro, peanut butter, and honey. Stir until all ingredients are well blended. 

Shape into 24 balls about 1 inch in diameter. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Store leftovers in refrigerator covered.

Peanut Butter Protein “Puppy Chow”

  • 8 melted IsaDelight chocolates 
  • ¼ cup peanut butter 
  • ¼ cup raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 4 ½ cups rice cereal  
  • ⅔ cup IsaLean® Shake of your choice 

Recipe serves 20. 

Directions

In a large, microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate, peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in 15-second intervals, stirring in between until everything is smooth and melted. 

Stir the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the cereal. Fold the cereal into the mixture carefully until each piece is well-coated. 

Scoop IsaLean Shake powder and cereal into a large zip-close bag. Seal the bag and shake it around until the powder evenly coats the cereal.
