I feel like a cliché or broken record writing the lyrics to the ice cream song in an article about ice cream … but when I found out that chocolate ice cream had a national day of its own, I genuinely screamed. A whole day that’s an excuse to eat ice cream? Count me in!

Chocolate Mint Ice Cream
The recipe:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop Chocolate Mint IsaLean® Shake
- ¼ cup unsweetened cashew milk OR almond milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Add all ingredients to your IsaBlender® Max, and blend for 1-2 minutes. Place mixture in freezer for one hour to set.
Plant-Based Chocolate Protein Ice Cream
The recipe:
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ packet Rich Chocolate IsaLean Shake Plant-Based

- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Strawberry Ice Cream
Even though it’s National Chocolate Ice Cream Day, not everyone likes chocolate! So, if you’re more of a strawberry lover, try this strawberry ice cream recipe:
- 2 whole strawberries
- 1 scoop Strawberry Cream IsaLean Shake
- 2 tbsp cashew milk OR almond milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Add all ingredients to your IsaBlender, and blend for 1-2 minutes. Place mixture in freezer for one hour to set.
