Have you ever given up on a diet regime because you didn’t see results fast enough? That’s how Julie’s numerous attempts to lose weight inevitably ended.
At 288 pounds, Julie was hurting – emotionally and physically – but she was setting herself up for failure before she even started by giving herself permission to quit if she didn’t see instant results.
“I was at the lowest I had ever been in my life. I wasn’t doing anything well. I wanted to be the best mother and wife, but when it came to me, my heart wasn’t in it, and I left myself for last with no gusto left,” Julie explained.
It was only when her cousin introduced her to Isagenix and the outrageously supportive IsaBody® Challenge community that Julie changed her mindset and allowed herself to commit to something 100 percent. It was the first time in her life that she went all in, and it paid off.
After her first months with Isagenix, Julie felt different.
“I was so motivated because I felt better,” she said.
Fast forward to today, and Julie is thriving. Having shed 145 pounds* since starting Isagenix (more than half her original body weight!), she just completed her seventh IsaBody Challenge, and she couldn’t be happier.
This IsaBody Finalist proudly joined the 100-Pound Club, has more energy than ever, and is the mother, wife, and daughter that she always aspired to be.

We asked this IsaBody Challenge Finalist a few questions about her success, and here’s what we found out.
I: What’s your advice for someone who’s doing the IsaBody Challenge for the first time?
J: Set goals – short and long term. Trust the progress, adjust, and tweak as you progress through the 16 weeks.
I: What does your morning routine look like now?
J: I set my goals and intentions of my training schedule for the week and check it nightly. I go to bed excited to wake up early and strive for improvement.
- I wake up without an alarm at 5 a.m., have an e+™ energy shot with Isagenix Coffee or a serving of AMPED™ Nitro, and I head off to the gym.
- At 7 a.m., I come home from the gym and have Ionix® Supreme and Cleanse for Life®.
- At 8 a.m. I have Isagenix Greens™ with apple cider vinegar.

I: In addition to your favorite Isagenix products, what foods are always in your kitchen to help you stay on track with your health and wellness goals?
J:
- Farm-fresh eggs.
- Veggies from our garden.
- Lean protein – like chicken, salmon, halibut, or ground turkey.
- Coconut oil.
- Almonds.
- Avocados.
We have family chickens, a huge veggie garden, and we fish for fresh salmon and halibut.
I: What does your usual workout routine look like?
J: I’m currently training to do a fitness figure competition!
- I train with weights 6 days a week and do 3 days of post-weights cardio.
- I attend hot yoga 3 evenings a week.
Since starting Isagenix, I live by the rule: “If you do the same, you stay the same,” so I change, I grow, and I strive for the next level of fitness and health. I don’t let myself get comfortable in any exercise.
I: What do you want people to know about you?
J: I have gone from a life where I lived day to day with no confidence, no self-love, or self-worth to a beautiful life full of the desire to share with others the possibility that we all deserve the best health and the best life possible because we are all worth it. I said “yes” to me and “yes” to Isagenix. I have had a complete transformation of my health, body, mind, and spirit. I am so grateful to truly be winning at every aspect in my life: family, health, love, and energy.
