Matthew is a former Division II college football player. As a defensive tackle, he had to gain about 50 pounds. In 2018 during his senior season, he suffered from a variety of injuries and was forced to rest from the weight room. He had to quickly shift his nutrition to maintain a healthy weight.

After his mom and IsaBody Challenge Finalist Jodi Hall shared information about the benefits of Isagenix, he was able to start working out again and hit the gym harder while incorporating various products from the AMPED™ line. Keeping a balanced lifestyle, he allows himself to indulge in pizza occasionally.

Total Weight Loss: 10 pounds*

Ray realized he can be successful by living by the 90/10 or 80/20 rule, cutting himself some slack. He found his true passion through CrossFit, which he does about five times a week. He goes to the gym most mornings at 5 a.m. for CrossFit, powerlifting, and yoga and also meditates.

“If you live a healthy lifestyle 80-90% of the time, you’re going to be good. Don’t give up or get down on yourself if you mess up once in a while,” he explained.

Most importantly, Ray discovered more than fitness; he found a community of people who rally around him as he strives toward a better version of himself.

“We all have the capacity to reach our goals,” he said.

Vinny is grateful for each day that doesn’t have a setback.

Jodi said that the more IsaBody Challenges she completes, the more she learns about herself.

“I wanted to unearth the ‘physical’ me, but with each passing Challenge, I’ve discovered more important aspects that needed unearthing,” she said.

Jodi understands how her previous habits and mindset sabotaged past attempts at a healthy lifestyle, so a huge part of her “why” is to be healthy enough to stay active with her sons. She garners inspiration from their perseverance and grit.

Age: 51
Height: 5’4”

Weight Loss: 103 pounds*
Challenges Completed: 4

Chris understands how the person on the inside doesn’t reflect the person that others see on the outside. She often wondered if people thought she was lazy or just ate too much, and she held herself back from living an active, adventurous life. But, she wanted to experience so much more. With four Challenges behind her and over 100 pounds released,* she loves being an inspiration to others.

“I enjoy jogging now and have just completed my first half-marathon,” she said. “Before Isagenix, I would not have even thought of doing that.”

With the IsaBody community behind her, she feels like the thousands of people going through the same journey as her are cheering her on.

*Weight loss should not be considered typical. A two-phase 2016 study published by researchers at Skidmore College showed an average weight loss of 24 pounds after 12 weeks. The study evaluated the use of Isagenix products in men and women for weight loss followed by weight maintenance. As part of the weight loss phase, the participants took part in a calorie-controlled regimen of Shake Days and one Cleanse Day per week. During the weight maintenance phase, the subjects who continued the calorie-controlled program using Isagenix products better maintained their weight loss in comparison to those who transitioned to a traditional diet after 52 weeks. For more information on the study, see IsagenixHealth.net.
