IsaDelight Super-Chocolate Berry Cup

Somewhere between a kitchen craft and a simple low-sugar treat, these easy chocolate-covered berry cups bring together your inner chocolatier/artist/crafter and let you DIY beautiful little dessert cups that taste even tastier than they look.

Perfect for Valentines Day, anniversaries, dinner parties, or just wowing your favorite dinner guests, today we’re making chocolate-covered berry cups with IsaDelight® SuperChocolate.

Speaking of, let’s talk IsaDelight chocolates. One of the things I love about IsaDelight chocolates is they melt just like regular chocolates. So we can use them as a base for some pretty creative and brilliant treats.

For these chocolate-covered berry cups, I used the Dark Chocolate Tangerine Flavor. It’s got this lovely little kiss of citrus, which pairs so nicely with the berries and cream. But feel free to use Milk Chocolate Tangerine Flavor or plain Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate as well.

You’ll need 12 squares to make 6 chocolate berry cups, with 2 IsaDelight chocolates per cup. If you’d like to make more or less, adjust those amounts as needed.

To make, simply melt the IsaDelight chocolates. Then spread the melted mixture in parchmentlined muffin tins. Refrigerate until firm, fill with berries and cream or coconut cream, and enjoy.

Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but serve as soon as you can. Because why would you want to wait to share these pretty treats with someone you love including yourself?
