Three years ago, Tanis Heron was introduced to Isagenix in her small community of Buffalo Lake Métis Settlement in northern Alberta, Canada. Her neighbor had been using Isagenix products and not only looked great but was also earning an income with Isagenix.*

Intrigued by her neighbor’s weight loss and high energy level, Tanis purchased her first Isagenix Weight Loss Basic Pack (30-Day System). She followed the system and lost 19 pounds.** It was then that she decided to launch her own Isagenix business.

Finding the Right Community

Almost immediately after becoming an Isagenix Independent Associate, Tanis began advancing in rank.* But, even as she progressed, she didn’t feel like the opportunity was the right fit for her family at the time and decided to take a break. Six months later, Tanis received an email from Isagenix that caught her attention.

“It was about a promotion to earn a trip to Toronto,” she said. “I thought about wanting to visit my cousin who recently moved there and gave it a shot.”

Tanis started focusing on rebuilding her team while balancing her family’s busy schedule. That February, she qualified for the inaugural Red and White Kick Off 2017 in Toronto. Tanis left the event feeling inspired.

“I really began to fully understand the vision of Isagenix and got the motivation I needed to be successful,” she recalled. “I was all in.”

Goal Setting

Tanis started connecting with friends and building her brand through social media. She made it a priority to talk to three to five new people a day about Isagenix and encouraged her team to do the same.

“I learned that even if someone says no, you can still plant the seed,” she said. “You never know when someone might need the products or want to pursue the business opportunity.”

Every Sunday night, Tanis sits down and plans out her week. As a busy mom, she always puts family events on the calendar first and then organizes and prioritizes her schedule.

“This helps me keep track of short- and long-term goals and puts those targets in front of me,” Tanis explained.

One of Tanis’ favorite tools is the New Member Checklist, which is packed with strategies and steps to ensure accurate, timely, and effective communication with new team members.

“The more you familiarize yourself with this tool, the more confident you will be,” she said.

Achieving Financial Success

Today, Tanis is a 3-Star Golden Circle, 4-Star Crystal Executive and START 1000 member with a team of 3,200 Members. Although her financial success didn’t come without challenges, it has allowed her husband to leave his job and stay at home to help care for their three children so she can focus on growing her business.*

Tanis’ success has helped her earn incentives through many exciting Isagenix promotions. Within the next two years, she hopes to become an Isagenix Legacy Club member.

“My experience has been life-changing,” she said. “I want this for everyone.”

*Earning levels or income statements (including claims such as the ability to quit a job or stay at home or portrayals of luxury lifestyles) for the Isagenix Independent Associates discussed here exceed the average results achieved by all Associates during the same time period, are not necessarily representative of the success or compensation that any particular Associate will receive, and should not be construed as typical or average. The ability to earn income under the Isagenix Compensation Plan depends on many factors including an individual Associate’s business, social, and sales skills; personal ambition and activity; availability of time and financial resources; and access to a large network of family, friends, and business contacts. Isagenix cannot and does not guarantee any particular level of earnings. Even Associates who dedicate a significant amount of time, effort, and personal funds may not achieve a meaningful level of success. For average earnings, refer to IsagenixEarnings.com.

**Weight loss should not be considered typical. A two-phase 2016 study published by researchers at Skidmore College showed an average weight loss of 24 pounds after 12 weeks. The study evaluated the use of Isagenix products in men and women for weight loss followed by weight maintenance. As part of the weight loss phase, the participants took part in a calorie-controlled regimen of Shake Days and one Cleanse Day per week. During the weight maintenance phase, the subjects who continued the calorie-controlled program using Isagenix products better maintained their weight loss in comparison to those who transitioned to a traditional diet after 52 weeks.
