The Isagenix Customer Care Team is dedicated to helping Associates around the world via phone, email and chat.
To better serve Associates in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, the Home Office Customer Care team is expanding their service hours, beginning Monday, November 3.
Customer Care Representatives will be available by phone Monday through Saturday and will be closed on Sundays. All hours are Mountain Standard Time (Arizona local time):
- Monday through Friday: 6 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 6 a.m. – 3 p.m.
As always, our IsaChat Representatives are available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. MST. And, Associates can email Support@IsagenixCorp.com anytime and expect a response in three businesses days (or less).
