DOUBLE or TRIPLE Your Leadership Pool Payout


New bonuses added to Executive Leadership Pools

Attention all 2-3 Star Executive Leadership Pool participants! Now you can get your Pool payout doubled or even tripled.

Here’s how it will work:

For your first three consecutive months that you participate in the 2-3 Star Leadership Pool, you are eligible based on your Personal Cycle Growth.

If your Personal Cycle Growth for the 2-3 Star Pool (ONLY) for one month is 1-20 cycles your payout will be DOUBLED (max doubled payout is $5,000).

  • If your Personal Cycle Growth for the 2-3 Star Pool (ONLY) for one month is 21 cycles or greater your payout will be TRIPLED (max triple payout is $10,000).

Please keep in mind that if you have participated 3 times or more in the 2-3 Star Leadership Pool prior to the September 2012, then you are not eligible for this promotion, but there will be Associates on your team who could take advantage of this special promotion, so be sure to let everyone in your organization know about this!

Example:
Joe’s first month participating in the 2-3 Star Leadership Pool he earned $1,000 and he had 15 Personal Cycle Growth.  Joe would receive an extra $1,000, giving him a total of $2,000 for the month.

Important 1 Star Leadership Pool Update. Beginning with the September Leadership Pools all Associates will only be able to participate in the 1 Star Leadership Pool for 6 consecutive months.  Here are the list of important details regarding this change to the 1 Star Leadership Pool.

  • All participation in the 1 Star Leadership Pool Prior to September 2012 (commission calendar) does not count towards your 6 months of participation
  • The first month you participate in the 1 Star Leadership Pool will be counted as Month 1 in the pool and you will then have 5 more consecutive months of eligibility for the 1 Star Leadership Pool
  • During your 6 consecutive months you are allowed to participate in the higher pools as well

Example:
Jane’s first month participating in the 1 Star Leadership Pool was September 2012.  Regardless of her participation over the next months, the last month she can participate in the 1 Star Leadership Pool will be February 2013.

Important Leadership Pool Update (ALL Pools). September 2012 Leadership Pools:  If a member participates in any of the Leadership Pools each week during the month (based off of commission months) they will be paid based on the pool that was participated in that week.

This rule replaces the old rule that if a member participated in any pool each week, the member must still have participated for 2 weeks in the 2-3 Star Pool or above.

Example:
Joe participated in the 1 Star Pool for 2 weeks, the 2-3 Star Pool for 1 week, and the 4-6 Star Pool for one week. He will be paid based on 2 weeks’ participation in the 1 Star, 1 week’s participation in the 2-3 Star, and 1 week’s participation in the 4-6 Star Pools.

Under the old rule Joe would have only been paid for the 2 weeks in the 1 Star Leadership Pool.
