It’s the First Day of Fall! Cozy Up with the Chai Protein Shake


Happy first day of fall! Can you believe it’s already here? We can’t, but that doesn’t mean we didn’t have a blast blending our favorite fall spices together.

  • 2 scoops of IsaLean Shake in Creamy French Vanilla
  • 1 packet of t+ Chai
  • 8 oz. of organic almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • ½ cup of ice

Add two scoops of IsaLean Shake in Creamy French Vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of nutmeg to an IsaBlender®. Include 8 oz. of cold, organic almond milk, one packet of t+ Chai, and 1/2 cup of ice in the IsaBlender. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, pour into your favorite mug and enjoy the fall flavors.
